Due to essential work by Openreach, some roads in Cadder are closed until Sunday 1 October at 6pm. This means the 7 and 8 bus services will be diverted. There will be no services into Cadder, and no Service 8 to Asda on Friday / Saturday.

Normal route Balmore Road at Bilsland Drive left Bilsland Drive, Maryhill Road, Sandbank Street, Thornton Street, Cottar Street, Glenburn Street, Cadder Road, Thornton Street, Sandbank Street, then normal route to Summerston.

Services 7,7A towards Rutherglen

Normal route Glenburn Street at Cadder Road then via right Cadder Road, Thornton Street, Sandbank Street, Maryhill Road, Bilsland Drive, Balmore Road normal route to City Centre/Rutherglen.

Service 8

Service 8 towards Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (Fri/Sat only)

Normal route Ashgill Road at Balmore Road left Balmore Road, Bilsland Drive, Mayfield Street, Ruchill Street, left Maryhill Road normal route to QEUH.

Service 8 towards Parkhead (Fri/Sat only)

Normal route Maryhill Road at Ruchill Street right Ruchill Street, Mayfield Street, Bilsland Drive, Balmore Road, Ashgill Road normal route towards Robroyston/Parkhead.

Service 8 Sunday service between QEUH and Summerston will operate normally.
